Terms of ordering

By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed only once the restaurant accepts it. Until then it shows as waiting for confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the restaurant is closed, and we will tell you if we do.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and are confirmed when you place your order. All prices are exclusive of taxes. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. You currently pay in cash at pickup or on delivery; online transfer to the rider is also accepted. Card and wallet payments are coming soon.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery times are estimates. We deliver only inside our delivery area, and you need to be reachable on the phone number you give. Scheduled pickup is for the same day and must be at least 45 minutes ahead.

Allergies

Tell us about allergies in the order. Our kitchen handles nuts, sesame, gluten, dairy and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of them.

Rewards

Points are earned on completed orders you place while signed in. Guest orders earn no points. We may change or end the rewards programme and will say so on the website.

Quantities

Online orders are limited to 20 of any one item. For larger orders, contact the restaurant.
