This explains what TAFU’S (Trident Padel Arena, G-13, Islamabad) collects when you use this website to order, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and map pin, the items you order, and any notes you add.
• Verification: the email address you verify with a one-time code before ordering.
• On your device: your cart, saved addresses and recent orders are stored in your browser so they are there next time. Clearing your browser data removes them.

How we use it

Only to take, prepare, deliver and support your order, to show your order history, and to run our rewards points. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing unless you ask for it.

Who handles it

Orders are passed to our restaurant ordering system (Bhookly) so the kitchen can see them. Our hosting provider stores the website’s data. They process it for us and for no other purpose. Delivery addresses are shown to the rider who delivers your order.

Payments

This website does not take online payments and never sees card details. You pay at pickup or on delivery.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and support. To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, contact us on +923402408777 or WhatsApp and we will act on it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
